About Pam Laxson:
I joined Burns & Olson in 2004. I worked as one of Wendy Burns' assistants and had the opportunity to gain so much knowledge from her and will always appreciate the things that I learned. I have worked with many different types of clients over the years and have enjoyed (almost) all of them. In each transaction there is usually some type of hiccup - being able to resolve the problem while assuring the clients that it will be alright in the end is a challenge, but it is a challenge that I love. It is gratifying to know that at the end of the day, my clients are in their new home because I helped them get there! When I am selling a home I feel the same way – all parties must work together to make a successful sale. In each transaction I work with another agent, buyers, sellers, home inspectors, appraisers and of lenders, just to name a few. All of us play an important role and as an agent I must be able to work with all the other parties and assure the clients that all of us are doing our part to keep things on track! I love the challenge and I would be happy to guide you through your next Real Estate adventure!
About Jill Rowland:
Born and raised in the Portland Metro area and a true Oregonian down to the core. Gloomy fall days and yes, even the rain are two of my favorites. Becoming a Realtor has always been a dream since high school. My grandfather was a realtor in the Portland area for over 40 years and was the one who inspired me to follow in his footsteps. I can only hope to be half as great as he was.
Before diving into the real estate world, most of my time was spent on the soccer field. Playing soccer through high school and with club teams eventually led me to Western Oregon University where I played all 4 years and served as team caption for 1 year. I have a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in Spanish language. In 2010, I decided to take Spanish to the next level and jumped on a plane to study abroad in Rosario, Argentina for a term. Playing competitively in team sports and traveling have taught me many important lessons that I apply to everyday life as a Realtor.
Currently going on 7 years as a Realtor however, I have been working with my business partner Chris Olson for the last 5 years. Together, we have over 30 years combined experience in the business! In the beginning I was hired as Chris’ part time licensed assistant. After a while we realized that working as a team side by side was a blast and would benefit both us and our clients better too. I was happily promoted from assistant to partner. Our dynamic is rare and our style is hands-on. We are present and involved through every step alongside our clients. With our different skillsets, we can help navigate through most any type of transaction, big or small. We like to work hard and play hard, but mostly have fun! We also love being active members in serving our community. From chairing fund raisers, heading up local chamber meetings, serving on multiple boards, and even throwing parties are only a few of the things we love to do.
When I am not working you can usually find me hanging out with my husband Aaron and our Anatolian Shepard “Ellie”. Both of us have immediate and extended family living close by too. We are thankful to have such a powerful support system to do everyday life with.
Real estate is all about relationships. I love the relationships I have made thus far and I am excited to continue making many more in the years to come!
About Andrea Hodney:
2019 marks my 15th year in Real Estate! I was a licensed assistant to top producing agent, Wendy Burns, for over 10 years before her passing in 2014. As her assistant, I was directly involved in almost 500 closed transactions and gained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience – far more than your average agent. This has been a benefit to my own clients as I have been able to apply my expertise to each and every one of their transactions.
Although I have always loved working in Damascus, I lived in inner-city Portland for over 15 years until I recently moved to Wilsonville. As a Portland & Wilsonville resident, this means not only do I stay on top of the real estate market in Clackamas County, but in the Portland Metro area as well. I enjoy working in both markets and would love to talk with you more about how I can help you achieve your real estate goals, no matter where you choose to make your home.
